We began with Telegram Mini Games, launching one of the Top-2 grossing Telegram apps.

• This was our gateway to the XOOB ecosystem.
• We acquired over 1M users, proving that gaming could drive massive adoption.
• Our mining game alone reached 70k daily active users and 20k paying players.

As we scaled, we worked with 600+ influencers to promote campaigns and onboard users. But here we discovered a critical pain point:
